This role offers the opportunity to lead diverse and dynamic projects while contributing to the growth and success of our business.

What you can expect to do:

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Project Planning and Management:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and supervise project activities, ensuring all aspects are executed as planned.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of electricians and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project goals, expectations, and updates.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them grow their skills and achieve their professional goals.
Client Relations:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Provide top-tier customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Connect with clients on a humanized level, enhancing their overall experience with our company.
Quality Control and Safety:
- Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
- Address and resolve any quality or safety issues that arise during project execution.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Track project expenses and revenues, providing regular financial reports to senior management.
